Sheer vest with a spitfire plane in the middle anyone?
Who: Designer Nor Lisa debuted her brand new collection for SS14, keeping things minimal with a streetwear infused capsule collection for her latest dabblings in menswear. Printed t-shirts and sheer statement vests were offered up in light and seasonal shapes giving an urban and slightly androgynous take for SS14.
Trends: The Nor Lisa collection as a whole incorporated blues, metallics, monochromes, florals and edgy digital prints. T-shirts and vests reflected this, illustrating abstract panels alongside signature patterns found throughout the womenswear dresses, skirts and boxy tops.
Styling: Beyond Man's styling was influenced by 90s streetwear and clubwear. Wrapping animal print sweaters and checked shirts around the waist, introducing a sporty vibe in metallic accessorising and SS14's hottest footwear trend. The sporty sneaker or retro trainer.
Mood: Held in the opulent and majestic Chelsea Bar on the vibrant Lisburn Road, chandeliers, art deco designs flowed throughout with musician Gareth Jones playing a spectacular acoustic set providing models with the perfect setting to a relaxing and stylish atmosphere.
P.s...there were monochrome cupcakes with a royal blue wrapper for all guests in attendance.
The end.
