Men’s fashion fanatics were out in force this week at the launch of Ireland’s newest menswear publication appropriately titled Men’s Fashion Ireland, from the talented and creative mind of model turned editor-in-chief Adam Gaffey.
Hosted at MFI’s base of operations in the rustic Photography Mill building in Dublin, myself and fashion stylist Jamie Russell travelled to pastures new for the extremely exciting menswear event showcasing MFI’s first digital issue. A phenomenal debut packed with men’s style, emerging design talent, interviews, style diaries and trend forecasting articles. Not to mention a cover and accompanying inside shoot featuring male model extraordinaire Gary Talbot.
Speaking of male models, MFI’s night of celebrating menswear in Ireland saw Dublin’s up and coming male models, men’s style bloggers, fashion photographers and stylists all gathering to ensure MFI had the warm welcome it deserved. Guests included models Ricky Mangala, Lee Schatzman, Leon McDonald, Jonathan Mungwande, Hui Wang wearing Lorraine Dimond and of course MFI’s coverstar Gary Talbot. Not to mention sleek article projections, MFI cover page posters, champers and a rotating sweet factory ferris wheel were also on hand to add that extra touch of trend-savvy event enthusiasm.
All sponsored by cool, quirky and contemporary endless watch combination creators Marc Coblen Ireland. Men’s Fashion Ireland’s debut issue can be viewed in full via Issuu.com in the embedded link below.
