Florals for Spring? Groundbreaking. Florals for men? Mind-blowing. Florals for men in Northern Ireland? Sure why not? Just as well local stores GUESS, Clockwork and M&S are on hand to provide not only florals fellas, but cosmic prints, American retro graphics and exotic Summer patterns for all our vacation requirements. All on show for the modern men of NI to explore via last week’s outdoor menswear catwalk show Man Time.
The folks at M&S kindly allowed Beyond Man to style their section and for the looks on show we found inspiration in three main areas, exotic and statement prints, nautical details and sports luxe vibes. All encompassed with a major emphasis on fun in the sun. Choosing the best from the M&S flagship store in Sprucefield, designs from Autograph, Blue Harbour, M&S Man and the Limited collection were all utilised to their full Spring/Summer vacation attire potential.
For those wanting to explore a slightly more high-end and luxury approach, GUESS took on an on-going Spring/Summer palette of the pastel variety. Major emphasis on peach, natural and nude tones with highlights including a pale blue denim blazer and a dip-dyed burnt orange dessert sand tee.
Clockwork kept it casual with a variety of relaxed shirts, t-shirts, jeans, chinos and shorts with the main standout in the form of a Diesel cosmic ram skull printed t-shirt. It was startling, surprising and downright futuristically stylish.
